So I’ve been slacking on the whole Insanity, I could give a list of reasons. But regaurdless of reasons and excuses, it comes down to me needing to get back into the swing, so instead of just starting back up where I left off, as of April 30th I am going to start over from day 1 and I will push, strive, and find time within my day for the 60 days after that date to do Insanity. so for the next weekish I will enjoy the relaxing nights and the intake of regular foods, before monday when I trade in the good foods for the healthy foods and protein shakes, and I trade in the relaxing nights cuddled up in bed for a date with shaun t who will make me workout to my max limit. So this is my little update to myself, and reminder that as of Monday my journey starts all over and this time I WILL NOT stop until I not only meet my goals but destroy them.
